PAXSTER AS is an innovative company with the head office and the factory located in Bredmyra 3, 1739 Borgenhaugen, Norway. The company was spinoff from Loyds Industri AS in 2015 and is developing smart mobility products and services that raise the transport and logistics productivity while reducing the environmental impact. The development of the original PAXSTER Electric Delivery Vehicle started in 2011 in a cooperation between Post Norway and Loyds Industri AS, with the Gen-1 series becoming commercially available in 2013. The Gen-2 series was launched in 2015,with several important upgrades to the drivetrain and suspension system. Paxster has become a well-known brand within the last-mile sector, with approximately 1800 vehicles delivered across Europe and New Zealand per. 01.01.2020.
Approximately 95% of the materials used to build and ship a PAXSTER are recyclable OR re-usable. As one example, the batteries can be re-used to store solar energy or as backup batteries in other applications.
